I have fallen in love with this new Banana Bread recipe I found! It was quick and easy to make, came out moist, and took only minutes to put together. Now that’s my kind of recipe!

In only 10 minutes, I had all the ingredients mixed and ready to bake. The batter filled three Wilton Mini Loaf Pans perfectly, and in 35 minutes, they were ready to enjoy.

Using these minis, I was able to add chocolate chips to two of them and leave one plain, just how my older son likes it. The size is perfect for little hands and easy to pack up as a snack or share with a friend.

Even though this banana bread is super simple to make, it is jam-packed with delightful banana flavors, and comes out wonderfully moist, making every bite absolutely delicious. The ingredients are perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of sweetness. If you’re a chocolate lover, little mini Hershey’s chocolate chips are a perfect add-in to this wonderful treat.

  • 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp of vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups of flour

This is a no fail moist banana bread recipe. Quick and easy to make and Delicious in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups ripe bananas mashed (about 3 large bananas)

  • 1/3 cup melted butter

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 1/2 cups flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350º. Use cooking spray to coat the mini loaf pan.
  • In a medium-size bowl whisk the butter and sugar together until it is well blended. Add in egg, vanilla, and the mashed banana.
  • In a separate bowl mix together the flour, baking soda and salt. Fold in the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Stir until everything is just combined.
  • Fill mini loaves about 3/4 high, and bake in a preheated oven for about 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
